Sonia Lance, Operations Director of Radian Partner’s Houston Branch, is a native of Georgia. Her relaxed Southern charm immediately puts clients at ease. After raising her family, Sonia moved to Colorado, and in 2021, she took a leap of faith and came to Texas to work with Houston Principal Advisor Shelley Nadel.
Sonia’s 24 years in the financial industry have included responsibility for every aspect of client service and back-office operations. Her finely honed skills in process and organization create a supportive environment for advisors, where they can focus on marketing and building revenue, knowing that clients are receiving the highest levels of service and support. Her greatest joy at work is connecting with clients on a personal level, and her near-perfect memory of the personal details of their lives is a key reason the Houston Branch is growing so quickly.
Sonia has two adult children and four grandchildren. Her newest family addition is Wrecking Ball Taz a Marmaduke-sized Golden Retriever who has stolen her heart. Joined at the hip, Sonia and Taz love going on adventures and exploring their new hometown.
